  1. Technology Development

    We never stop challenging to acquire new technologies. We set our challenges extracted at our work-sites and proceed with development, verification, and introduction. Since these procedures are all done by ourselves, development accelerates and the accomplishments are practical at the work-sites. We have so far acquired more than 30 patented technologies. Oak has been sharing the challenging spirit with all our employees for more than 20 years since its inception.

  2. Valuable Proposal

    We propose solution at your work-site out of various methods we have accumulated based on our more than 20 years of dedication to construction and expertise. Our technologies include the following other than our main technology of Down the Hole Hammer: Rock Auger Drilling, Method of Caisson Foundation, Vibratory Hammer Method with High Centrifugal Force, Center Hole Vibratory Hammer Method (CHV Method), and development of customized equipment.

  3. Community-Based Corporate Activity

    We consider contribution to the local community is one of our social responsibilities in construction business. We prepare against disaster and communicate with local residents by participating in volunteer activities and events.

  4. Mobility

    We possess heavy trucks to cope with urgent work-site issues by ourselves － loading of equipment, delivery, and equipment setting. We are also prepared with various tools that are usable in urgency.

  5. In-House Construction (Specialist)

    We possess various machines including base machines such as three-point supporting pile drivers and crawler cranes, Down the Hole Hammers and vibratory hammers with high centrifugal force. Especially as for the Down the Hole Hammers we possess hammers from small （Φ250mm）to large（Φ950mm）size and also machines exclusive for dismantling. We do inspection and maintenance of the machines on our own, not depending on the manufacturers before supplying them to the work-sites.

  6. Harmony with the Environment

    We have developed various methods in harmony with the environment including Oak-Down the Hole Antinoise System of Hammer (Oak-Dash Method) and Tire Technique of Antivibration (Ti-TAN technique). We are equipped with environmentally considerate oil including biodegradable rock oil. We are tackling challenges in the new fields such as development of functional vegetables and application of hydrogen energy.
